Ingredients:
1 lb. hamburger, browned (view)
15 oz. canned diced tomatoes (view)
3 carrots, sliced (view)
1 celery stalk, sliced (view)
1 clove garlic (view)
1/2 c. frozen broccoli (view)
1 c. frozen peas (view)
1 c. frozen corn (view)
2 tsp. balsamic vinegar (view)
1 tsp. oregano (view)
1 salt and pepper (view)
2 1/2 cups brown rice
Directions:
1. Brown and drain hamburger. (Add onions, if desired.) Add remaining vegetables and seasonings and cook until all the vegetables are done. Salt and pepper the heck out of it.
2. Serve over brown rice.
