Yes this is not the real deal. OH, but I love this. I had this as a kid and my kids always ask for this at any age!
Ingredients:
i usually make 4 or more pounds of this. i am giving you the recipe per pound and adjust it accordinly.
1 pound ground meat
spoonful of flour
onions
garlic
can mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup.(yes a must, i love mushrooms so i tried this with cream of mushroom and other cream types. something about cream of chicken that makes this the only way to make it.)
sour cream(i pint per pound, but adjust to taste some like more some like less)
egg noodles, cooked and drained (keep warm)
Directions:
1. Brown meat
2. Drain
3. While draining saute chopped onion until soft (with some oil of course.)
4. Saute garlic if you wish
5. Place browned meat back in Big pot
6. sprinkle on some flour and saute.
7. Add mushrooms and cover until cooked through.
8. When mushrooms are cooked through, add cream of chicken soup, stir in.
9. Add salt and pepper to taste
10. Cover cook about 10 minutes or until cooked thru
11. RIGHT before serving add sour cream.
12. Serve over noodles and warm rolls
13. ENJOY
