Ingredients:

  • i usually make 4 or more lb of this. i am giving you the recipe per lb and adjust it accordinly.
  • spoonful of flour
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup.(yes a must, i love mushrooms so i tried this with cream of mushroom and other cream types. something about cream of chicken that makes this the only way to make it.)
  • sour cream(i pint per lb, but adjust to taste some like more some like less)

Directions:

  1. Brown meat
  2. Drain
  3. While draining saute chopped onion until soft (with some oil of course.)
  4. Saute garlic if you wish
  5. Place browned meat back in Big pot
  6. Sprinkle on some flour and saute.
  7. Add mushrooms and cover until cooked through.
  8. When mushrooms are cooked through, add cream of chicken soup, stir in.
  9. Add salt and pepper to taste
  10. Cover cook about 10 minutes or until cooked thru
  11. RIGHT before serving add sour cream.
  12. Serve over noodles and warm rolls
  13. ENJOY
