Hamburger Pie

This is a recipe my mother made for me as a child. It's comfort food for the family. I have no idea where it came from, but I'm betting BHG or General Mills. Though I've not tried yet I'll bet premade pie crust would cut the time quite a bit.
Ingredients:
1 cup bisquick baking mix
1/4 cup cold water
1 lb ground beef
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground oregano
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup fine dry breadcrumb
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Mix baking mix and water until soft dough forms, geat vigorously for 20 strokes. Gently smooth dough into ball on floured surface. Knead 5 times.
3. Roll dough 2 inches larger than inverted pie pan. Ease into pan, flute edge.
4. Cook and stir gorund beef until brown; drain.
5. Stir in salt, oregano, pepper, bread crumbs, tomato sauce, onion an dgreen peper.
6. Spread into pie crust.
7. Beat egg and milk.
8. Stir in remaining ingredients.
9. Spread over beef mixture.
10. Bake until crust is golden, about 30minutes.
