This stew is very thick and hearty with just the right amount of spice. It takes less than 30 minutes to make and is made at least once a week at our house. You can make it thick or thin depending on you tastes simply by adding water. PLEASE use Campbell's Minestrone! Cheaper brands alter the taste! Ingredients:
1 lb hamburger meat |
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce |
1 (10 ounce) can rotel tomatoes & chilies |
10 3/4 ounces condensed minestrone soup |
15 ounces ranch style beans |
Directions:
1. In a 6 qt pot brown the hamburger meat and drain fat. 2. Pour all contents of cans into the pot with the hamburger. 3. Fill one 10 oz can with water and use to rinse out the rest of the cans. Pour can of water into the pot. 4. Heat through. |
