Hamburger Casserole with beef, onion, creamy soup and potatoes.
Ingredients:
4 lbs lean ground beef
2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 98% fat free
1 onion
4 medium potatoes
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. Brown ground beef (I use 95% lean) in skillet and drain.
3. Slice onions and potatoes (same thickness as augratin potatoes).
4. Layer in 9 x13 cake pan in the order below.
5. Onion, potatoes, beef, 1 can soup (any cream of soup) salt and pepper and layer again, onion, potatoes, beef, 1 can soup.
6. Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes (or until potatoes are tender). Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes to brown on top.
7. This is almost BETTER the 2nd day as leftovers!! YUMMY!
