Hamburger and Rice Casserole

This is a modified version of a casserole my mom made. I added the chow mein noodles one day on a whim and now it's standard for this casserole. It's quick and easy - you can bake it or my preference - microwave! I use reduced fat/healthy request soup and have used fat free cheese and it still turns out good!
Ingredients:
3/4 lb hamburger, browned and drained
1 cup minute rice
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup chow mein noodles
4 -6 slices american cheese
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except chedder cheese in a casserole. Cover and bake at 375 for 45 minutes or cover and microwave for 8 minutes (microwave time depends upon your microwave). When time is up, place sliced cheese on top of casserole and place back in oven uncovered until cheese is melted or place uncovered in microwave for 1 minute. Enjoy!
2. The prep time is estimated since I brown all meat for the week on the weekend and then use it as I need it.
