Ham With Orange Curried Rice

From the RT Women's Club cookbook. Submitted by Jean Peterson. This looks good and I'll probably be trying it soon since we recently bought a lot of ham due to a sale and I don't want it to spoil. Plus DH loves ham and pork so here's another reason to try it!
Ingredients:
2 cups diced cooked ham
2 tablespoons chopped green peppers
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon slivered orange peel
2 cups cooked rice
Directions:
1. Pan fry green pepper and onion in butter for 5 minutes.
2. Add brown sugar and ham.
3. Stir and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
4. Add remaining ingredients.
5. Mix well.
6. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
