Ham & Vegetable Omelet

This is great cause if you have a hard time making the omelet work just right, it still tastes great all scrambled up.
Ingredients:
1 cup cooked ham
1 cup chopped tomato
2 green onions with tops
1 pinch oregano
6 eggs
3 tablespoons water
3 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. For each omelet whisk together 2 eggs and 1 T. water, then season.
2. Over medium heat melt 1 tsp butter.
3. Pour in beaten eggs.
4. When cooking lift edges for uncooked egg to run underneath.
5. When fairly set place ham & vegetable mixture over omelet and fold in half and let stand for 1 minute.
