Ham & Tomato Quiche

This is a plain and simple recipe but it tastes delicious.
Ingredients:
225 g flour (plain)
100 g butter or 100 g margarine
3 tablespoons water
1 pinch salt
3 sliced tomatoes
4 slices of chopped ham
2 eggs
200 ml milk
grated cheese (to taste)
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 200 C/400°F.
2. Mix flour, salt and butter until crumbly
3. Add water and mix until dough is formed.
4. Roll out dough until 1 cm thick.
5. Place pastry in quiche mould and prick base.
6. Chop ham and tomatos and arange in pastry case.
7. Mix beaten eggs and milk together.
8. Pour the mixture inside the quiche
9. Sprinkle on grated cheese to taste.
10. Bake in oven for 20-30 mins until golden brown.
