Ham Salad Spirals

Low Carb spirals from my favorite Low Carb Recipe cookbook.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon dried dill
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 dash black pepper
1 1/2 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 cup chopped broccoli
8 slices provolone cheese
8 slices ham
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl stir together mayonaise, vinegar, dill, salt and pepper. Add cabbage and broccoli: toss to coat. Cover and chill for 1 to 4 hours.
2. Place a cheese slice on top of each ham slice. Spoon about 2 tablespoons cabbage mixture onto center of each cheese slice. Roll up: secure with toothpicks.
