Ingredients:
18 inches pie crusts
3 potatoes, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup cooked ham, cubed
1/2 cup cheese, cubed
4 eggs, beaten
Directions:
1. Arrange one pie crust in a 9 pie pan.
2. boil potatoes in water until tender, drain.
3. Spread into pie crust, add ham and cheese.
4. Pour eggs on top, cover with remaining crust.
5. pinch crusts together, vent top crust.
6. Bake at 400 for 45 to 50 minutes.
