Ham Fried Rice

Something my family absolutely loves with any Asian food.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons oil
1 cup grated carrot
1 cup cooked rice
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup cooked ham, chopped
Directions:
1. Saute onion, green pepper and garlic in oil for 5 minutes, or until tender.
2. Add carrots and rice.
3. Cook for one minute, stirring frequently.
4. Stir in eggs and cook until eggs are set, stirring frequently.
5. Add ham, heat through and serve.
