Hamballs
Ingredients:
6 1/2 lbs ground ham
3 cups graham crackers
3 eggs
2 cups milk
10 3/4 ounces tomato soup
2 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup white vinegar
2 tablespoons dry mustard
Directions:
1. BAKE 350 FOR 1/2 HOUR THEN POUR THE SAUCE OVER THE HAM BALLS AND BAKE ANOTHER 1/2 HOUR.
2. TO FREEZE:.
3. PUT HAM BALLS ON PARCHMENT PAPER ON A COOKIE SHEET AND FREEZE 30-45 minute THEN PUT IN FREEZER BAGS AND USE THEN WHEN NEEDED.
