Artery clogging wondrous sandwich
Ingredients:
2 slices shaved ham (i like the black forest style)
1/2 avocado, sliced
3 -4 tablespoons low-fat cream cheese
2 slices of sturdy wheat bread
Directions:
1. Spread the cream cheese on one side of the bread, layer the ham and avocado. Add sliced fresh tomatoes, sprouts if desired. Slice sandwich in half. Find a location where you can reflect on the day near the water and enjoy. A foamy root beer or cola goes real nice with this.
