Ingredients:
2 cups cooked long-grain rice, cold
2 cups cooked ham, diced
4 ounces swiss cheese, diced (1 cup)
1/2 cup celery, thinly sliced
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon creamed horseradish
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
Directions:
1. In large bowl, combine cooked rice, ham, cheese and celery; toss to mix. In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; blend well. Pour over rice mixture; toss to coat.
