Ham and Spinach Spirals

Yummy little appetizer bites that are low carb friendly. Prep time does not include chill time.
Ingredients:
1 cup sour cream or 1 cup light sour cream
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed drained and chopped
1 (8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, diced (optional)
1/2 lb thinly sliced deli ham
Directions:
1. Stir together sour cream, parmesan (fresh is best), spinach and water chestnuts.
2. Spread over each ham slice, roll up and wrap tightly in plastic wrap before chilling.
3. Slice just before serving.
4. Can be served with or without crackers.
