very simple and fast to fix.All in a skillet.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup flour
1 1/2 milk
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups cooked rice
2 cups cubed cooked ham
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. saute peppers with butter in the skillet.
2. stir in flour slowly add milk stir.
3. bring to a boil.
4. stir until thickened.
5. reduce heat to low stir in sour cream until blended.
6. stir in remaining ingredients.
7. heat thoroughly.
