Ham and Potatoes Au Gratin

Bubbly and cheesy
Ingredients:
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup skim milk
1/4 cup cheese whiz
8 oz shredded cheese
6 small potatoes
8 oz ham, cubed
Directions:
1. Peel, slice, and boil potatoes (this step can be done ahead of time)
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
3. Melt butter in saucepan
4. Add milk
5. Heat butter and milk until mixture just begins to bubble
6. Add Cheese Whiz to butter and milk mixture. Stir to melt.
7. Add 8 oz package of shredded cheese. Stir to melt.
8. Place potatoes and ham in casserole dish
9. Pour cheese sauce over potatoes and ham. Stir gently to mix.
10. Dust top of casserole with bread crumbs
11. Place casserole in oven, uncovered
12. Bake for 30 minutes
