Ham and Mushroom Meat Loaf

From a 1930s hand written cookbook from Neligh Ne.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 cup mixed mushrooms, finely chopped
1 lb smoked ham, ground
4 tablespoons ketchup
1 onion, minced
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup cracker crumb
2 tablespoons catsup
Directions:
1. Mix ground beef, mushrooms, ham, ketchup, onion, eggs, milk, pepper, salt, and cracker crumbs together; I think this step would be good in a food processor.
2. Place in greased loaf pan.
3. Bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 90 minutes. After it has baked 30 minutes top with ketchup.
4. Finish baking.
