German Dish, Ham and Eggs. Came from a friend of mine who is German.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
1 lb ham, sliced
8 eggs
salt
Directions:
1. Melt the butter.
2. fry the ham in butter real quick on both sides.
3. open the eggs directly into the pan over the ham.
4. salt slightly.
5. cover the pan with and let the eggs sit until they are the desired consistency.
