Ham and Cheese Tarts

I found this recipe in a Jiffy Baking Cookbook.
Ingredients:
2 cups jiffy baking mix
2/3 cup milk
6 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon milk
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon chives
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 cup ham, chopped finely
1/2 cup sour cream
paprika
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, greas muffin pan.
2. Mix baking mix and milk together to form a soft dough. Knead several times on floured surface and roll thin.
3. Using a 2 1/2 inch cutter, cut into 24 biscuits.
4. Place each biscuit in prepared muffin pan. Mold biscuit to fit bottom and slightly up sides. Set aside.
5. Blend cream cheese, milk, mustard, chives, seasoning salt, and garlic salt.
6. Fold in ham and sour cream.
7. Spoon 1/2 tablespoon of filling into each cup.
8. Sprinkle with paprika.
9. Bake 20 - 25 minutes.
