Ham and Cheese Macaroni

Good use for left-over ham; kid favorite.
Ingredients:
1 cup elbow macaroni
1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
1 1/2 cups cubed cooked ham
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup soft breadcrumbs
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
paprika
Directions:
1. Cook macaroni in a large saucepan according to package directions; drain and return macaroni to saucepan.
2. Add butter and stir until melted.
3. Stir in remaining ingredients except paprika.
4. Pour into a lightly greased 2-quart shallow cassserole; sprinkle paprika lightly over top.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
