Ham and Bacon Cobb Wraps

Ingredients:
1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon crumbled blue cheese
6 (8-inch) fat-free flour tortillas
3 cups thinly sliced simple baked ham (about 1 pound)
2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
2 cups thinly sliced plum tomato (about 5 tomatoes)
1/2 cup thinly vertically sliced red onion
4 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
Directions:
1. Combine mayonnaise and cheese; spread evenly over tortillas. Arrange 1/2 cup Simple Baked Ham on each tortilla; top each tortilla with 1/3 cup lettuce and 1/3 cup tomato. Divide onion and bacon evenly among tortillas. Roll up.
