  1. Preheat oven to 425. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish. Cut the asparagus and green onions. Melt the butter in a frying pan over med. heat. Add the asparagus and onions and saute till tender,about 8 mins,stirring frequently. . When asparagus and green onions are done,add to the baking dish along with the ham.. In a large bowl,beat together the eggs,milk flour(mix flour with a bit of milk first),parmesan cheese,salt,thyme, rosemary,garlic and pepper. Beat until smooth and pour over the ham mixture. Bake uncovered 30-35 mins. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake additional 3-5 mins until cheese is melted Let stand a few minutes before cutting.
