This is an easy breakfast idea that does not take more thatn 10 minutes to make. Perfect for someone who is always on the go.
Ingredients:
1 bagel, split in half
2 teaspoons mayonnaise
6 slices extra lean smoked ham
3 slices granny smith apples
1 teaspoon of shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. spread the mayonnaise on the bagel
2. cover the bottom of the bagel with the ham, then the apple slices and finally the cheese.
3. pop it in the microwave for 30 seconds or until cheese is melted.
4. cover with the top part of the bagel.
