Ingredients:
8 ounce(s) halibut finely chopped |
1/2 teaspoon(s) dried oregano |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/3 cup(s) lime juice |
3 scallions finely chopped |
1 jalapeno peppers seeded & chopped |
4 tablespoon(s) cilantro chopped |
Directions:
1. Put chopped fish in a shallow dish and sprinkle with oregano, salt, and lime juice. 2. Leave for at least 8 minutes. Drain the fish; it will have a milky liquid. 3. Add chopped scallions, chile, and cilantro and stir together. 4. Can be refrigerated for several hours before servicing with toasts,etc. |
