Halibut Baked in Sour Cream

Halibut can be a little dry, especially if it has been frozen. This recipe adds flavor and moisture, is easy and always a hit with my family. Herbs and spices can be easily tweaked to your liking or depending on what is on hand in the cupboard.
Ingredients:
2 lbs halibut fillets
2 cups sour cream
4 tablespoons chopped dill pickles
4 tablespoons chopped onions
4 tablespoons chopped green peppers (or red or yellow)
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon paprika
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Salt and pepper the fish and lay it in a buttered baking pan.
2. Combine the remaining ingredients and spread it over the fish.
3. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees, about 25-40 minutes (until opaque and flaky.).
