Ingredients:
2 4 oz packages chevre (mild goat cheese)
1/4 cup rehydrated, sliced sundried tomatoes.
1/4 cup olive oil
1-3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh chopped herbs: any combination of basil, rosemary, thyme, sage or oregano
fresh ground pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Spread cheese on a plate.
2. Tomatoes, herbs, oil on top.
3. Oh so yummy. Eat!
