This is a simple sauce to make at home for steamed dumplings with an asian flair.
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons japanese soya sauce (i use kikkoman low sodium)
1 teaspoon sriracha hot chili sauce (most large grocery stores carry in asian section)
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2-1 tablespoon of chopped green onion
Directions:
1. Just mix all ingredients together and use as dip. You also may adjust hot chili sauce to taste.
