This is a very tasty dish!!!
Ingredients:
2 boneless chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
1/2 lb. hot sausage
1 lb. shrimp
1 med. bell pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 large can whole tomatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 to 2 tbsp. red pepper
3 to 4 tbsp. margarine
Directions:
1. Melt margarine in skillet.
2. Add vegetables and meat and cook until flavors simmer.
3. Serve over rice.
