Low calorie, low fat pumpkin cookies.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cups oats
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon sugar
3 egg whites
1 cup pumpkin
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients. Bake on sprayed cooking sheet for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown. I mix 1/4 cup chocolate chips and 1/4 cup butterscotch chips.
