Ingredients:
1/4 cup soy sauce or 1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon dijon mustard (optional)
2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in a small saucepan, bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes.
