This is my lactose-free take on chocolate pudding. I used to use soy milk and jell-o ready-made pudding mix, but I realised that these were full of additives. So I created my own take on the pudding. To share only if you have to =)
Ingredients:
1 silken tofu
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 teaspoons honey
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a blender, and mix until smooth and well combined.
2. Serve as you would a pudding.
