Guilt Free Baked Apples for 2

I'm always looking for healthy snacks to satify my sweet tooth, so this is my newest concoction.
Ingredients:
2 apples
1 teaspoon cinnamon, to taste
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 egg white
6 ounces non-fat vanilla yogurt
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Cut the top and bottom off of apples and core - pour lemon juice over apples.
3. In a bowl mix oatmeal, egg white, cinnamon and honey.
4. Place the stuffed apples on a baking sheet and cover with foil.
5. Bake for about 40 mins until tender.
6. Remove from the oven and top with vanilla yogurt.
