Ingredients:
1 cup peeled, chopped florida guava
1 mango, peeled, chopped
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon coconut cream
1 lemon, juice only
2 cups low-fat milk
1/2 cup crushed ice
mint sprigs, for garnish
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients, except mint, into blender. Puree until well blended.
2. Serve with sprig of mint.
