Ingredients:
2 avocados
1 tomato, seeded and diced
1/4 cup minced onion
1 tbsp lime juice
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cilantro
Directions:
1. Quarter, seed, and peel avocados
2. Puree avocados in food processor until creamy
3. Mix diced tomato, minced onion, lime juice, olive oil, chili powder, and cilantro in separate bowl
4. Add avocado
5. Stir all ingredients until well mixed
