This is divine! A must have for get-togethers, picnics or just as a treat for yourself or your family! I like to serve my own salsa with this, /recipe/Salsa-My-Way-218314, although there are tomatoes and just about everything you'd need to make salasa! lol I'm just a salsa person! I like this so much, I even put this on a piece of bread, the small, party loaves.You could also toast a couple of slices of bread, take the crusts off, and put a little on those as appetizers! Yummy!!!
Ingredients:
3 large ripe avocados, peeled, pitted and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/3 cup minced cilantro leaf
1 tablespoon minced jalapeno
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 cup minced red onion
1/2 cup finely chopped seeded tomato
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
1/2 lb lump crabmeat, shells and cartilage removed
tortilla chips, for dipping
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, place all but 1/4 cup of the avocado pieces. Add.
