The traditonial guacamole recipe with a twist to save calories! Just 90 cal!
Ingredients:
1 avocado
1 cup steamed green peas
3/4 cup steamed broccoli
3/4 cup onion, diced
1 tomato, diced
5 peppers jalapeno, diced
5 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp salt
Directions:
1. Blend the steamed broccoli, the steam green peas and avocado.
2. Mix with the rest of the ingredients.
3. Serve with tostadas or whatever you want, it tastes good with everything.
4. If you wish you can add herbs and spices of your preference for a better taste. You can try with cilantro.
