  1. Combine the first 7 ingredients; mix well. Cover, and chill thoroughly.
  2. Use a round plate to arrange on lettuce leaves, and garnish with tomato wedges.
  3. Serve with tosito chips.
  4. About 2 1/2 cups.
  5. Note: To make your own chips
  6. 1 dozen corn tortillas
  7. Vegetable oil
  8. Take a stack of 6 tortillas and cut into 4 pieces.
  9. Fry in hot oil in a large skillet until golden.
  10. Drain on paper towels
