Ingredients:
4 ripe avocados, pitted and peeled
juice of 2 lemons
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
2 ripe plum tomatoes, seeded and cut into 1/4-inch dice
1/4 cup diced (1/4 inch) red onion
2 teaspoons finely minced garlic
2 teaspoons finely minced jalapeƱo
Directions:
1. Coarsely mash the avocados with the lemon juice and cumin in a bowl. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
