Guacamole w/ Cilantro
Ingredients:
2 hass avocadoes, mashed
2 plum tomatoes, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon red onion, finely diced
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Add more lemon/lime juice, salt or pepper to your liking.
3. Serve with chips.
