Ingredients:

  • 5 -7 lbs pork roast
  • 2 (14 oz) cans sauerkraut
  • 2 (21 oz) cans apple pie filling
  • 1 1/2 tsp caraway seeds

Directions:

  1. Combine sauerkraut and apple pie filling in crock pot. Place roast in crock pot and ladle sauerkraut over roast. Sprinkle with caraway seed. Cook on high for 6 hours. Reduce heat to low and continue to cook for 2-3 hours.
