Groundnut Cutlets

Ingredients:
2 cups groundnuts, roasted and coarsely powdered
1 large onion, finely chopped
4 slices bread, soaked in water and drained
4 -5 green chilies
coriander leaves
1/2 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
salt
2 -3 tablespoons maida flour (add water to make thick batter as for batata wadas)
Directions:
1. Mix all together to form a thick mixture.
2. Make balls.
3. Preheat oil to 375°F.
4. Press, dip in maida paste and deep fry in oil till golden brown.
