Ground Beef With Potato Lid

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil potatoes in salted water for 10 min, remove.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  3. Brown beef; season with thyme, oregano, garlic, salt & pepper.
  4. Add onions and green pepper and stir until softened.
  5. Add tomato paste.
  6. In a 9 x 13 inch baking pan assemble dish:.
  7. Potatoes + beef mix + potatoes +yoghurt/sour cream + cheese.
  8. Bake in oven for 20-25 minute.
  9. Serve with crusty bread and a salad.
