Ground Beef Porridge

This is a complete meal for your baby and toddler. You can change the brown rice to pasta for a change.
Ingredients:
30 g ground beef
20 g onions
20 g tomatoes
20 g broccoli
2 tablespoons brown rice
1 g salt
Directions:
1. Minced onion, tomato and broccoli and set aside.
2. Add 350ml of water to the brown rice and bring it to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes.
3. Add minced vegetables and ground beef to the porridge and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Season to taste.
