Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
7 ounces canned corn, undrained
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 1/2 cups minute rice
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef in a large skillet, add onion and cook over medium heat until tender. Drain fat. Add water, salt, chili powder, soup, corn, tomato, and green pepper. Bring to a boil and stir in rice. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
