Ground Beef and Cabbage Casserole

Ingredients:
1/2 head(s) cabbage (medium sized) shredded
1 pound(s) ground beef browned
1/2 whole(s) white onion chopped
1 tablespoon(s) cooking oil
5 tablespoon(s) regular white rice raw
1 can(s) tomato soup 10.75 oz.
1 can(s) water 10.75 oz.
Directions:
1. Spread cabbage evenly over bottom of oil greased 3 qt. casserole dish
2. Brown beef and onion together in skillet
3. Add rice to beef and onion mixture. (salt and pepper to taste)
4. Spread beef mixture over cabbage in casserole dish.
5. Mix soup and water in a bowl until combined
6. Pour soup mixture over beef mixture in dish.
7. Cover dish and bake at 325 for 1 and 1/2 hours.
