Grilled Zucchini With Sea Salt

Ingredients:
2 medium zucchini, cut diagonally, into 1/2 inch thick slices
2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon course sea salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat grill pan over medium-high heat.
2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, toss well to coat.
3. Arrange zucchini in a single layer in a pan, and grill for 4 minutes, turning after 2 minutes.
