A little different twist to plain old veggies on the side. Easy, and yummy!
Ingredients:
small button mushrooms
bell peppers of different colors
onions
cherry tomatoes
your favorite brand of italian dressing
any other of your favorite veggies will do
Directions:
1. Preheat Oven to 350
2. Line baking pan with raised sides with aluminum foil
3. Wash all veggies
4. Slice/Chop veggies to bite size or slightly larger pieces (tomatoes will be the right size already)
5. Spread veggies out on the tray
6. Drizzle with Italian Salad Dressing
7. Bake approx 15 to 20 minutes for al dente veggies
8. Server hot and enjoy!
